So we start running on mondays, meet us at 18:30 at the southwest corner of Haggerston Park, running to Angel along the canal and back.

Badges are everyday medals

A medal made for my studio mate Lourina from Shelf Studio after her first run along the Canal in London, in a very long time.
Badges for locationservices have exploded in the last couple of years, starting with Foursquare and later GoWalla, and just recently i saw both Dennis Crowley(Foursquare), and Josh Williams(GoWalla) at the same pub in London at a FourSquare event, that was pretty mighty. In the beggining i didnt make mutch of it, but later when I started giving talks about runalong and GeekGirlmeetup in places like Alexandria and Cairo for the Swedish Institute i started realizing that all the tips other people like Joakim Jardenberg had left made travels better. It basically improved my life a little bit and made me feel a little bit special, nuf said, it’s all old news.
I always thought i was going to develop a system that would make it feel the runners feel the same way. And remember were not elite, were the HM and IKEA of running, we make beginners find it meaningful to run. What we in sweden call, the first hit, inkörsport for running. Start nice and easy with you pals, no comparison, no calories, just for fun.
Im concidering starting up a group here in London for the darker nights and autumn season. More about that later.
If you know a developer who would like to help me develop the site (built in Ruby on Rails) please let me know. And if you know anyone who would like to help me build the Facebook App, please let me know, we want o built a simple version that all users (men and women) to run together. But only if you think its fun and you find it meaningful.

Ljus ruset

Den 14 april kl 19.00 avgörs det - vilket motionsspår som vinner bättre och effektivare belysning. Då går nämligen startskottet för Ljusruset i tre olika Stockholmsskogar. Det spår där flest tar sig i mål vinner. Så hjälp till att lysa upp din favoritskog och gör Stockholm lite trevligare och tryggare. Anmäl dig här på stört! Miljösprånget

It might be winter, but in not too long we´ll be running in full sunshine. On the fifth of june 2011, the Miljösprånget (an environmental run) will be held in Stockholm, have a look here for more details!
One mile held throu Solna, by Skytteholmsparken al the way to Råsjöstaden. Its a run made to beat your own record! (read more)
